Bella Boutique will display all products and information as accurately as possible. There are a number of factors that can affect the way products are
portrayed – photo lighting & resolution, monitor settings and the type of computer or device used to view the website & items. 

Returns and Exchange:

In the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase due to faulty products, you may return the item for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Note that refunds are not available for change of mind reasons. Please contact us immediately at  to inform us of an intention to return.

After 14 days of having received your item/s, we do not offer a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. Returns should be sent back new, unused and with all tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return via email. If you are approved, a store credit or exchange will be offered. Store credits are valid for 3 months.

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning items due to change of mind. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or to purchase shipping insurance. Bella Boutique assumes no responsibility for shipping and handling.

Non-returnable Items:

For hygienic reasons, the following cannot be returned. Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Jewellery
  • Cosmetics
  • Hosiery
  • Swimwear
  • Gift cards

Incorrect Sizing: If you would like to exchange your purchase for another size or style you must let us know within 14 days. This will ensure you get the correct item you are after, as stock availability is limited and sells out quick. Bella Boutique cannot guarantee that you will receive your requested item. In the event that your item does not fit and we do not have the size in stock for exchange, you will be issued a store credit.

Refund Policy: Refunds are only available in the case of faulty or incorrect items. Refunds for change of mind are not available. Please refer to the above Return and Exchange Policy. If you receive faulty items, please contact us within 14 days at . If 14 days have passed since you received your product/s, we do not accept any returns. Products must be returned unworn and in new condition with tags attached.

Sale Items: All sale items are NOT eligible for exchange or refund, so please choose carefully. This includes promotions/sale codes.

Fair Wear & Tear: If a button falls off or zip breaks after you wear your clothing due to fair wear and tear, we do not accept returns. Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty and are therefore not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Shipping & Lost Postage: We do not refund on damaged or lost items during shipping. Once it leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for any lost parcels, though we will do everything possible to track your missing items for you. All parcels require signature on delivery to avoid mis-delivered items. Please contact us in the event of damaged or lost parcels. See our Shipping and Handling Policy for more information.

Dispatch: Before we dispatch your order, we personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition on arrival please notify our team within 14 days via email.
