AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY

Free delivery on all orders over $150.00.

For all orders under $150.00 a flat rate (standard shipping) of $12.00 delivery fee will be charged. 

Delivery times are 3-5 business days. A confirmation email displaying your tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped. 

Express shipping is available for $18.00, delivery times are 1-2 business days. 

PICK UP FROM WAREHOUSE (COLO VALE)

This service enables you to collect your purchase from our warehouse avoiding delivery charges. We aim to have online orders available for collection in our warehouse within 24 hours. You will receive a email when your order is ready for collection.

During the checkout process you may select to collect the items in your shopping cart from our Colo Vale Warehouse.

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

Standard shipping flat rate of $18.00

Delivery times are 5-10 business days. A confirmation email displaying your tracking number will be sent once the order has been shipped. 

Express shipping is available for $25.00, delivery times are 4-5 business days. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - Not at this stage

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can assist you.
